Paramount Skydance Corporation confirmed the voluntary transfer of its Class B common stock listing to the New York Stock Exchange from Nasdaq. The company disclosed the exchange shift in a regulatory filing on Friday, September 25, 2026.
The filing also detailed terms for an expected distribution of 470 million warrants. Eligible holders of Class B common stock, which has a par value of $0.001 per share, will receive one warrant per share.
The warrants carry a minimum exercise price floor of $12.00 per share and a maximum cap of $16.02 per share. The final figure depends on a pricing formula measured across 20 trading days prior to the closing of the transaction.
