GameStop Corp. director Alain Attal bought 5,000 shares of Class A Common Stock on 10 September 2026. According to an SEC Form 4 filing, Attal paid a weighted average price of $20.00 per share, spending a total of $100,000.
The transaction raised Attal's total direct equity holdings to 601,464 shares. Based on the 10 September 2026 closing price of $20.39, his total stake reached a market value of $12.26 million. Attal has served as an independent director at the retailer since January 2021.
The retailer has a market capitalization of $8.9 billion, trailing twelve month revenue of $3.6 billion, and approximately 4,000 employees. In its recently reported second quarter, GameStop posted a 77% increase in net income alongside higher overall revenue.
