The site marks the energy firm's first fully private premium station in Argentina.
YPF is preparing to debut its premium YPF Black format in the province of Córdoba on 21 September 2026. The site will be the network's first Black location in Argentina operated entirely under private management, without equity participation from the state-controlled energy firm.
The complex is located in northwestern Córdoba capital, opposite the Villa Warcalde bridge. It is operated through a partnership between Grupo Vespasiani and businessman Guillermo Bollatti, following a three-year development process. Designed by AFT Arquitectos with technical execution led by Laprovitta Arquitectura, the 5,000-square-metre site will employ more than 30 people and features four liquid fuel pumps and two CNG positions.
Fuel prices for gasoline and diesel will match the rest of the network, but the station incorporates a 24-hour Full store with specialty dining. The offer includes signature burger blends developed with international chef Mauro Colagreco and a coffee partnership with Argentine chain Fonte d'Oro, founded in 1966 in Mar del Plata. Project manager Mariano Troletti noted the initiative arose after studying YPF's first Black station in Nordelta.
The opening is part of YPF's three-tier retail segmentation strategy. The lineup ranges from low-cost Refi Plus stations, which started in Salta after absorbing 55 Refinor retail sites, up to the core Núcleo stations and top-tier Black locations designed for higher-income corridors.
